Golden Morning Coffee

What’s your favorite recipe?

As the cooler months approach and I return to warm drinks, this is my favorite coffee, rich enough to stand alone as a breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • A little less than 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (I use golden monk fruit)
  • 1 serving collagen powder (per package instructions)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee.
  2. Pour it into a blender along with the cream, sweetener, collagen, and butter.
  3. Blend until frothy and smooth.
  4. Pour into your favorite big mug.
  5. Enjoy!
