As the cooler months approach and I return to warm drinks, this is my favorite coffee, rich enough to stand alone as a breakfast.
Ingredients:
- A little less than 2 cups brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (I use golden monk fruit)
- 1 serving collagen powder (per package instructions)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Brew your coffee.
- Pour it into a blender along with the cream, sweetener, collagen, and butter.
- Blend until frothy and smooth.
- Pour into your favorite big mug.
- Enjoy!
