Lean Into Me

Lean into Me, He says.
Lean into Me as you need.

I follow His urging.

I will hold you. Fall into Me, He promises.

Let your tears trace the path into His grace.

I am not worried when I hold to faith.
I am not afraid when I listen to His comforting.

I know His difference. I know it is true, and that is all that matters—
not the lessons that tried to explain His presence.

My soul knows where home is.

It is strength to feel my emotions,
even through the fear of showing, speaking, exposing them.

To Him my love is as beautiful an offering as my grief.
Gold knows no mold.
It flows, fluid and alive.
