I lead when I feel called to. Most of the time, leadership for me means leading my own life authentically and by example. I don’t live like most people do, and in that difference I offer a reminder that our lives are our own creative expressions in motion. We are living poems of the Divine’s love. Occasionally, I am called to step into leadership in a specific situation or circumstance, and when that call comes, I answer. But I don’t think of myself in titles. Leadership, to me, is not an identity but an action we all take at different times in our lives.
