How I celebrate holidays is by putting up more lights in my home, especially in the windows. I want to spread joy, and I remember as a child, when I saw beautiful lights in the windows of homes, I could feel the joy and spirit of the holiday and connection. I called them Christ lights for Christmas, to praise Him and invite His spirit through my heart. I love walking at night and seeing all the lights, and sometimes it is just my own I see. I love arriving home to them. The best welcome is a light left on in the dark.
