She’s a water sign like me but super fiery. She’s stubborn and sweet with a great sense of humor and so clever. I had no idea kids play nonstop. Everything is their friend, everything.

She makes the same sounds to toys and my dog that she made when romancing my breasts at feedings. Little sweet coos and tiny trills. That’s how I discovered she makes friends with all things.

She wakes with a smile and is crazy independent for her age it seems. She wants to do everything herself already. She’s an avid reader and her favorite book is You’re My Little Baby Boo. Her favorite foods are banana and scrambled eggs and toast.

Every night at her feedings I just hold her close and enjoy her taking this time in where she’s small enough to cradle in my arms. She is at this stage where she’s constantly having fun and I love it. I love getting to be the safe container for her.
